A Toronto Parking Facility on Spadina Avenue by Our Cool Blue Architects in, and others is among seven winners of the International Parking Institute’s 2016 Awards of Excellence. Consideration was given to parking layout, gradient levels, pedestrian connections, and landscaping to ensure maximum efficiency, sustainability, and aesthetically appeal.
